All BACK-UP AND PLUG-IN Website Support Packages are designed to ensure your website is backed up on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and all Word Press plug-ins are equally updated and installed, tested and put live on your site.
Without this protection, you are not covered, unless you are still under your 3 months website warranty.
It is not guaranteed that your website will not be corrupted, hacked or experience database issues. With a BACK-UP AND PLUG-IN Website Support Package, we can drastically reduce this risk.

– We handle any updates to the main Word Press system required on a monthly basis
• Uptime monitoring
– Our systems will check automatically every 5 minutes from multiple locations that the site is up, and notify us of any issues. Should a problem be identified we we will then work to resolve this as soon as possible.
